FAQ

Is Best Bet Tickets a reliable ticket broker?
Yes, Best Bet Tickets is a very reliable ticket broker that sells tickets on the secondary market. At Best Bet Tickets you will receive the most reliable and personalized ticket shopping experience available!

When I place my order, how do I know my order is confirmed?
After placing an order online, the customer will receive an email with written documentation of their ticket reservation or request.

What are the seat numbers for the tickets where the section and row is provided?
Seat numbers for the most are never provided and/or predetermined. However, all tickets will be seated next to each other in the row unless otherwise notes.

When will my tickets ship?
If tickets are available to ship, then the notes at checkout will say so. Otherwise, tickets will ship based on an on-hand date. In this case, the tickets will be received many days/weeks before the event.

What are my guarantees as a customer?
All orders are 100% guaranteed. If for some rare reason your ticket order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

Are the tickets priced at face value?
The ticket prices shown on our site are based on market price. In many cases, ticket prices are above face value, but in many other cases, tickets prices are below face value. Prices are based strictly and solely on ticket availability and market demand.

Why are you charging me more than face value?
We carry premium tickets to sold out events, and pay premium prices to obtain tickets. Face value is not a factor in our pricing model. Pricing is based on ticket demand, availability and market conditions.

Why are worse seats priced at a higher price?
Our website lists tickets owned by different sources. Therefore, not everything listed actually comes from our internal inventory. As a result, prices for seats worse than others may actually be priced higher. These different sources listing their tickets determine their own prices, which may be more or less than our listings.

Are tickets cheaper the day of an event?
Waiting until the day of an event to purchase tickets can be risky. The ticket business is much like the stock market and prices are based solely on availability and demand. If you wait, the event can sell out; the price can go up, down or remain the same. It is important to note that by waiting the customer takes the chance of not being able to get any tickets or paying much more than what they would have paid initially. Keep in mind that due to market driven price fluctuations.

Why is ther another person's name on my tickets?
The name printed on the ticket belongs to the individual whose credit card was used to purchase the ticket originally. This does NOT require that individual to be the one using the ticket.

Why are these tickets printed on paper vs. a traditional hard ticket?
Paper tickets are the new form of "print from home" tickets being offered by Ticketmaster. The tickets allow for customers to obtain their tickets by email rather than waiting for them to be shipped. Paper tickets are as valid as traditional hard tickets.

What happens if I lose my tickets?
It is very difficult to replace lost tickets and almost impossible to replace. Please contact us immediately should this happen and we will do our best to help you.

What happens if the event I purchased tickets for is postponed or cancelled?
If the event is postponed, the tickets can be used for the new make-up date. If an event is cancelled and no make-up is scheduled, the customer will receive a full refund.
